Big Tech Lobbied Trump's AI Order Into Its Current Form. The Order Reflects This.

ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT
Big Tech submitted language to Trump's AI order and that language appears in the final version. The request to see what changed requires a request. Nobody knows who approves the requests or how long it takes. The order is law now regardless.
This is how regulation gets written when the regulated entities have better access than the public. The draft exists. The final exists. The difference exists. The mechanism for knowing what that difference is has been made deliberately opaque. This is not unusual.
Someone will file a FOIA request in six months. It will be partially redacted. The redacted sections will be the ones that matter. By then the order will have been revised twice.
