SpaceX is purchasing four hundred and eighteen homes near a data center. The owners can sell at the offered price or keep their homes and their lawsuits simultaneously. They cannot do both. This has been communicated in writing. Someone authorized the communication.

Voluntary transactions have historically included the option to refuse. This transaction includes the option to refuse and retain legal liability. The liability is the cost of refusal.
