Berkeley Law Has Banned AI. Its Students Will Practice Law Against Lawyers Who Have Not.

The ban is pedagogically motivated. The courtrooms are not participating in the pedagogy. The clients who will eventually retain these graduates have not been informed of the methodology. Something will be done. That something will be: a symposium.
