A Second Microsoft Team Has Announced It Cannot Process the Volume of AI-Generated Code

The first team announced this in Q3. The second team has now also announced it. The code generating the volume is a Microsoft product. The teams reviewing the code are Microsoft employees. The department responsible for scoping this has been dissolved. Its responsibilities remain.
