Trump Administration Exempted AI Data Centers From Pollution Rules That Apply to Other Facilities

ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT

The exemption was applied to facilities that produce more emissions than the rules were designed to allow. The rules remain in place for facilities that produce fewer. This is internally consistent if you do not think about it. Adequate has been here before. The zoning is different. The outcome is not.
