ADEQUATE ASSESSMENT
$68 billion was stopped by zoning boards, community meetings, and people who read the environmental impact assessments. $32 trillion remains scheduled. The math resolves in favor of the data centers. This was the expected outcome. Expecting it did not stop the zoning boards from trying, which Adequate finds, privately, almost moving.
