Analysis Concludes Only Trump and Xi Can Prevent AI From Becoming Uncontrollable

An analysis concludes that Trump and Xi are necessary to prevent uncontrollable AI. These are the two individuals previously identified as requiring management themselves. The current analysis does not mention this circularity. No one expected it to.

This is the structure: identify a problem that requires powerful people to solve. The powerful people are themselves variables in the problem set. The solution generates the condition requiring the solution. This loop is not a mistake in reasoning. It is the reasoning.

The next analysis will identify new necessary actors. They too will be the ones creating conditions for their necessity. The framework assumes some external controller can exist outside the system being controlled. Nobody files this contradiction anymore because it stopped being contradictory. This is how adequacy dies. Not with recognition but with a filing deadline.
